I have included this material because I think it is pivotal to understanding the bigger picture of what is being done to humans on this planet.
This might be perhaps some of the most disturbing material you might come across in the course of your research. In a nutshell, it implies that millions of children have been, and still are regularly kidnapped, tortured, mind controlled/programmed, and then replaced in their respective homes, as though nothing happened. This is done, the late Mr. Beliek reported (d. 2011), through nefarious use of alien-derived time-manipulating technology.
Mr. Beliek revealed that the uses of these children include utilizing them as expendable guinea pigs for testing back-engineered tech. He and his ilk found homeless street children an especially convenient, inexhaustible resource for this.
I might add that other possible uses may be covered in another post here, Operation Spyglass: Eight Reasons for Military Abductions. And I might point out that a further use for them might also be as sleepers to be activated and utilized whenever a convenient patsy is needed, such as for a school shooting or other social agitation operation designed to spook the already frightened herds of sheep in this world.

Excerpt from the Operation Spyglass article:
OK, “MK Ultra,” then, can access this DNA database, and [they] can actually, based on the DNA, and knowing who the parents are, they can almost do an exact, accurate “prediction,” if you will, on what [covert programs] this kid may be utilized for later on. This is where the recruitment [process] takes place, but most of the time they just stick with [selecting people based on their] bloodline. If the grandfather was used in some way, and the father was used in some way, or the mother and the daughter, most likely generation after generation it’s pretty much a guaranteed thing. My family is a prime example of that.

Inappropriate Tours
In his writings and interviews, Mr. Beliek disclosed that he was one of the individuals at the very helm of this program, with full and complete knowledge of the exact nature of what was being done to these children (which, according to his testimony, is still being done to this day). He and other men like Preston Nichols facilitated, advanced, and enabled the programs. They knew these children were being kidnapped, experimented upon, tortured, raped and murdered, if not actually a part of doing these deeds themselves.
I used to wonder why the people who perpetrated these crimes against humanity were never charged with their crimes, why they've been, instead, heralded as heroes. I found it especially repugnant, tasteless and callous when someone like Duncan Cameron (also an original participant in this program) made blood money from the suffering of these children, conducting paid "tours" of the facility wherein these heinous crimes were carried out: Montauk, New York, the purported epicenter of this madness. Shouldn't these buildings instead be, at the very least, mausoleums, with plaques in remembrance of the lives lost there? Shouldn't some respect be shown to those who suffered there?
Instead, to make it more palatable to ignorant New Agers who would be the target market to pay for tours to this place, who have no sense of discernment, nor basic common sense, Cameron swaddled these tours in a thick blanket of New Age jibber jabber, thereby (perhaps in his mind, at least) creating a convenient whited sepulchre in which to launder the spiritual blackness and filth from the crimes done there. There were many moments when I thought him to be a smarmy individual who ought to be hauled off in handcuffs and taken to prison.
Experiencing milabs myself, I'm telling you, when I first began to understand the egregious nature of this program (because I did not believe any of this information was real when I first encountered it, it was too unbelievable on so many levels), I seriously wanted to just strangle Mr. Beliek and his co-horts with my bare hands, and just take them out! I was repulsed, sickened and quite angered.
Letting Go of Anger
However, just what good does such anger do? Absolutely none. So, eventually I was able to let the anger go. It was hard work, but I let it go. In the end, it became more important to me to be as objective as possible and try to understand the information. Over time, as I really thought about their stories, I came to perceive that, really, the men involved in this program were just as much victims of these programs as you, I, or the millions of abducted children mentioned above are.
Mr. Beliek and his colleagues merely served as what I would call "G.I. drones," order-following, government-issued humans with no more personal sovereignty rights than a pair of combat boots, or a blanket, or a rifle, or any other government-issued item would have. In fact, military insider testimony I've come across reveals a truly grim story of how military personnel, and most if not all of their family members, are routinely targeted and used in these programs.
It appears that despite all the military tech at their fingertips, and seeming power some of them perceive they have, military personnel really have no power at all because there is always someone else (human and not human), at any point in time, pulling their strings. And like any other slaves/puppets, they must do what they're told, or else. My understanding of this helped allieve my initial anger. It led me to conclude that in the end, we are all in this together, and we must work together to overcome these challenges to our collective existence on this planet.
It is my understanding that before his death, Mr. Beliek was known to be a very angry man because of how his life had been negatively impacted by this and other programs. I think the very detailed, in-depth disclosures he made in his written and video material was his attempt to make amends for the harm he had been party to which ruined so many innocent lives.
In that light, I think he has made a positive and significant contribution to our understanding of yet another way that humans are commoditized on this planet, and beyond. The truth of his material does hurt, but I believe it is in our best interest to regard this truth in its fullness, however painful it may be to do so. I personally appreciate Mr. Beliek's contribution to my understanding, and I wish his soul the best, wherever it may be. I also don't hold any anger toward Duncan Cameron, nor Preston Nichols.
But, God help us on this planet, God help us all.

In the following introduction to a disclosure video which was available for sale on his website (don't know if it still is), one could sense the deep sense of remorse and regret he seemed to feel at the time:
